State, Islam, and Gender : Dynamics of Marital Rape Law in Indonesia

Marital rape, which is an act of sexual violence in marriage, often debated among the public because it considered that impossible to happen. Using qualitative method with normative legal approach, paper describes analyzes laws, books, articles related research. results found from study are included crime violence, although not explained detail regarding criminal sanctions perpetrators.
